Stephanie is a mom, like so many others, balancing life’s demands in the fast-paced world of Southern California. Also, like so many others, she found herself relying on wine as the answer to managing the endless anxieties, frustrations, and pressures of being a working parent.
Over time, Stephanie found awareness in a hard reality — that alcohol wasn’t easing her stress, it was making it worse. The realization hit her hard, but it also sparked a life-changing transformation. She made the bold decision to trade in the coping mechanism of wine for something far more powerful: self-compassion and curiosity.
Stephanie has been alcohol-free since March 27, 2020 and has made it her mission to help other moms who find themselves leaning on wine to navigate the ups and downs of motherhood. She helps women take a hard look at the role alcohol plays in their lives and gently invites them to explore new tools to navigate life—without shame or judgment.

Juggling a family of her own as working mother led to developing a reliance on alcohol to cope; something she swore she would never allow to happen given her experience growing up in an "alcoholic" home. She had even once been so passionate about helping people who struggled with addiction that she had planned to become an addiction counselor herself.
It was through her own journey that Jenny gained a completely new perspective on addiction and as a result a renewed passion for helping others who find themselves relying on unhealthy coping mechanisms. She became a Certified This Naked Mind Coach after the author and creator's work became the key to taking her own life back. Now her vision isn't just to stop the cycle for her own children, but to help other women build a better life for themselves and their children.
