Stephanie Brislin is a mom, coach, and advocate for women who feel overwhelmed by the constant juggle of parenting, career, and expectations. Like so many other mothers, she once turned to wine as a quick fix for the stress, frustration, and exhaustion that often come with modern motherhood.
But over time, she realized a hard truth:
alcohol wasn’t helping her cope—it was holding her back. That moment of clarity became the catalyst for a powerful transformation.
Since choosing to live alcohol-free on
March 27, 2020, Stephanie has devoted herself to helping other women rethink their relationship with alcohol—especially those who’ve been conditioned to believe that wine is the only way to “take the edge off.” Through her coaching practice,
The Life Within, she supports moms in navigating stress with intention, building emotional resilience, and reconnecting with who they are beneath the overwhelm.
Stephanie’s approach is rooted in
self-compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. Whether you're sober-curious, cutting back, or just tired of wine culture's empty promises, she offers a safe space to explore your next step—on your own terms.
Juggling a family of her own as working mother led to developing a reliance on alcohol to cope; something she swore she would never allow to happen given her experience growing up in an "alcoholic" home. She had even once been so passionate about helping people who struggled with addiction that she had planned to become an addiction counselor herself.
It was through her own journey that Jenny gained a completely new perspective on addiction and as a result a renewed passion for helping others who find themselves relying on unhealthy coping mechanisms. She became a Certified This Naked Mind Coach after the author and creator's work became the key to taking her own life back. Now her vision isn't just to stop the cycle for her own children, but to help other women build a better life for themselves and their children.
